How do I view the Digital Videos?
After purchasing a video, you will immediately see a unique download link, you will also be sent an e-mail with the unique download link. This link will allow you to download your video purchase. If you have any questions, please contact Customer [email protected].
How big are the digital videos?
Our videos are generally between 300 MB and 500 MB in size.
How long does it take to receive my digital download?
It’s immediate. Once your place your final order, you’ll get your confirmation summary within a minute. The link to the download will be in the summary and you can activate it immediately.
What formats are the digital downloads?
They are a combination of mp4 and mv4 files – they will play on any computer using most media players. We recommend playing them in iTunes or VLC.
What devices will the downloads work on?
The digital downloads work on all devices including smartphones, laptops, tablets, and desktop computers.
What is your return policy?
If you have not yet downloaded your files, you may return Whistlefritz digital downloads for a full refund within 14 days of your date of purchase.
